How is Negativity Affecting Your Mood?

You may not be aware, but you are entrained to your surroundings, including your electronics.  In this age of the smartphone, I have noticed more so than ever before being attached to checking my emails, the
news, social media and I believe to the detriment of
my well-being. I started noticing the type of content I
was constantly barraged with and wondering how it
was affecting me and my ability to create greater
things in my life.

Our thoughts and emotions have an impact on how we
feel, influencing our mood and surroundings.
Everything is vibrating at a frequency. You can feel the
energy when you go into a room where people are
fighting and a different vibe when you go to a football
game where people are cheering.

Most information from the news is very negative. There
is a reason they call the shows ‘programming’.
Everything you watch is going into your subconscious.
Notice the cute little jingles and the messages from
commercials. It’s rather hypnotic. What are those
messages? To eat potato chips? How often do you hear
a commercial for broccoli?

Be mindful what you are attuning to, what you are
allowing into your energy field.

After an hour on the stairmaster listening to the news I felt slimed by the
negativity, which has prompted this topic.
